North Dakota's largest newspaper rejected a same-sex wedding announcement and is now reviewing the policy in response to a social media campaign. The soon-to-be wed couple, Allison Johnson, 31, and fiancee Kelsey Smith, 27, plan to marry in New York on Aug. 1 and host a reception in Fargo a few days later. The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead's policy is based on the state's marriage ban, according to its editor.
